Maximum delivery times:
The maximum delivery time within Germany for prepayment (eg credit card, Paypal, etc.) is 8 working days (Saturdays, Sundays and nationally recognized holidays excluded) after the payment order has been sent to the referring bank by the buyer. Cash on delivery or invoice purchase is offered, the maximum delivery time is 5 working days (Sundays and public holidays excluded) after conclusion of the contract.
The maximum delivery time in the other countries that can be selected during the ordering process amounts to 10 working days in advance (for example credit card, Paypal, etc.) (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after the payment order has been sent to the referring bank by the buyer. If invoice purchase is offered as a payment option, the maximum delivery time is 7 working days (Sundays and state-recognized public holidays excluded) after the conclusion of the contract.

Delivery Restrictions:
We deliver only to the countries selectable in the order process. Delivery to other countries is excluded.

Note on the risk of damage or loss of goods during transport:
We point out that the seller, irrespective of any transport insurance, bears the risk of loss or damage to the goods during transport, provided the buyer is a natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed (consumer within the meaning of section 13 of the German Civil Code (§ 13 BGB)).
